  • penn state alumni, students & faculty believe that reorganizing the Board of Trustees will help Penn State

Recent actions by the Penn State Board of Trustees were detrimental to Penn State. Penn State deserves stronger, pro-active leadership. YOU can help us achieve positive change.

  • President Erickson mentioned that the Board structure is a vestige of Penn State roots as a land-grant institution

At the NYC "Town Hall" meeting, Board-appointed Erickson said today's Board structure is a 'vestige' of PSU's origin as a land-grant institution

Whack-a-Mole PSU Style

Who hasn't thought of "Whack-a-Mole" when thinking of how the Penn State Board of Trustees handled the Sandusky scandal and ensuing fallout? I know we have! And - being the creative, talented, networking bunch of Penn State alumni that our dedicated instructors worked so hard at creating - we thought we'd make a version with which you can have some fun!

How to Play

Click "Start the game to Start" (even an Ohio State grad should be able to figure this out, eh?). Then whack a Penn State Board of Trustees member on the head to score points! (We've only got Karen Peetz, Trustee Chairwoman, to BOP as a BOT member, at the moment. More "trusty" members coming soon!

Remember ... the more often you play and the more mean of a face you make while you do your bopping ... the higher your score, the happier you make Joe Paterno and the better you will get at the game!

Happy bopping!

WHATS NEW?

  • Trustee Emails

Outgoing Auditor General, Jack Wagner, says that if Penn Staters wants the Board of Trustees reformed, we should write to all the Board members to let them know. Here's how:

  • Email the BOT

You'd think a public institution would post email addresses for Board members! Not Penn State. In an effort for openness and transparency, here's what we've got. Email your Trustees.

  • BOT Apology?

When should the Board apologize to the Paterno family? Chip Minemyer says the Board is right to wait until after the Freeh investigation. Anthony Lubrano says the Trustees are wrong to hold off. Both arguments are presented, with a ReBOT perspective.

  • Governor Corbett Responds

For the first time, Governor Corbett is speaking out at length about the recent article stating he played a key role in the firing of the late Penn State football Joe Paterno.

  • Lubrano Acceptance Speech

  • Whack-a-BOT

You've heard of "Whack-a-mole"? This is kinda like that, but with a Penn State twist! (Click to play)
